2.1 中国境内英语 MD（WellChina 主推荐）

市场行情：$50-200/hr，30-60 min/篇 ⇒ $25-200/篇
TAT：3-7 天
质量：在地经验强（WellChina 内容 90% 是中国医院信息）
法律责任：合同需明确"审稿行为不构成医患关系、不构成医疗执业跨境服务"
获取渠道：
- LinkedIn 搜 "MD" AND ("Shanghai" OR "Beijing") AND ("English" OR "international patients")
- 上海/北京 international clinics（Parkway / Raffles / United Family）的 referring physician 名录

第一次接触：上面 §5 外联脚本
15 分钟视频：说明合作范围、答疑、评估英文/中文水平；明确 reviewer 工作范围（见 §7.1）
Paid Sample Review（v1.1 升级为 critical gate，对应 Roadmap W3）：
- 发一篇 Stable v1 质量 的内容（9 条 checklist ≥ 8/9），不是 AI 初稿
- 要求：medical fact-check + 语言红名单 + 结构建议（明确不要求改写）
- TAT 约定 3-5 天；支付 $50-100 per sample（固定价，不按时计）
- 并行送 2-3 位候选 → 对比反馈质量 + 沟通风格 → 选 1 位进合同流程
- 详见内容稳定化 Playbook §5.2
Credentials 验证：
- 执照号查询（中国：国家卫健委执业医师注册信息查询）
- 学位验证（LinkedIn / 医院主页）
- LinkedIn / ORCID 账号匹配
- sameAs 三重：国家卫健委查询截图 + 医院官方 bio + LinkedIn/ORCID（缺一 → Google entity reconciliation 建不起）
合同签字：paralegal 确认条款 → 电子签（HelloSign / DocuSign）

§7.1 Reviewer 工作范围边界（v1.1 明确）

前置 Gate：只有通过 Stable v1 Gate 8/9 的稿件才会送到 reviewer，reviewer 不接 AI 初稿。
