§2 长版（/disclaimer 独立页，EN 样本） ​

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

1. Nature of Service. WellChina ("the Platform") is an information platform
that provides medical travel information for foreign patients considering
healthcare services in China. WellChina is NOT a medical provider, healthcare
facility, hospital, clinic, or referral service.

2. No Medical Advice. Nothing on the Platform—including hospital profiles,
procedure descriptions, pricing data, city guides, or chat conversations—
constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Platform is not a
substitute for professional medical consultation.

3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship. Use of the Platform does not create a
doctor-patient relationship between you and WellChina, its employees, or
its medical reviewers.

4. Reviewer Role. Content on the Platform may be reviewed by licensed medical
professionals ("Reviewers"). Reviewers verify factual accuracy of medical
content but do NOT provide individualized medical advice to Platform users.

5. Pricing. All prices shown are approximate references from public sources,
subject to change.

6. Hospital Information. Hospital profiles are compiled from publicly
available sources as of the "Last reviewed" date shown on each page.
WellChina does not endorse, recommend, or vouch for the quality of any
listed hospital.

7. Cross-Border Medical Risks. Traveling abroad for medical care involves
unique risks not present in domestic care. WellChina strongly recommends
obtaining specialized medical travel insurance.

8. No Liability for Medical Outcomes. WellChina assumes no responsibility for
medical outcomes, complications, dissatisfaction, or any other consequences
of treatment obtained at any hospital listed on the Platform.

9. User Submissions. Information you submit is used to facilitate your
research. WellChina does not represent you clinically.

10. Jurisdiction. This disclaimer is governed by [JURISDICTION]. Disputes
are resolved through [ARBITRATION MECHANISM].

11. Updates. This disclaimer was last updated on 2026-04-23.

文案放到 src/messages/[locale].json 的 disclaimer.short / disclaimer.long 字段。

3.2 挂载位置 ​

3.3 不要挂的地方 ​

  • 首页、about、contact、privacy 等非医疗页面（避免过度噪声）
  • Admin 页面（内部，无需）

§4 辖区差异补充 ​

辖区短版需加什么
Germany (DE)如果做德语视频广告，警示语必须在画面内（HWG 要求）—— 不适用于静态页面
Korea (KO)可能加一句："WellChina는 대한민국 보건복지부(MOHW)의 외국인환자 유치 면허를 보유하지 않습니다. 정보 서비스만 제공합니다."（WellChina 未持有韩国 MOHW 外国患者诱致许可，仅提供信息服务）— 降低 의료법 触发风险
Japan (JA)可在短版结尾补 "本情報は薬機法に規定する医薬品等の広告を目的としていません。"
Russia (RU)短版已满足 federal law 要求，无额外

§5 翻译质量注意 ​

8 语言翻译应经过母语医疗编辑二审（特别是 JA/KO/RU），不要只用机器翻译。常见错误：

语言容易译错的词
JA"医疗" 应为 医療（简体 医疗 会被日本用户识别为中国站）
KO"咨询" 应为 상담（咨询 发音偏中文）
RU"医师" 应为 врач 而非 доктор（正式语境）

上线前建议给 native speaker 过一遍 $20-50 / 语种。

§6 更新机制 ​

  • 短版 + 长版统一版本号管理（放 lastUpdated 字段）
  • 重大政策更新（如 FTC 新规）后 24h 内更新
  • 每次更新 → ToS 同步联动（ToS 与合同）
